Cooking and baking is a big part of our family life. When I tried to find children's aprons that my daughters would love I was disappointed by the options. Even though there were hundreds of aprons I couldn't find what I was looking for. One daughter loved unicorns, rainbows, and sparkles while the other… well, the complete opposite. The design options were limited and I wanted something environmentally friendly, without ties, sturdy, and with minimal ironing.I finally settled for what was available and carried on with my life. But when I had my 3rd child, the cycle of less-than-perfect aprons began again. This time, I decided to create aprons I knew my kids and I would both love. Thus, Park + Coop was born.I didn't want to introduce more fabric waste into the world, which is why all of our products are made locally using discarded textiles. I'm proud of what we're trying to do to reduce fabric waste and hope you love our mission as much as I do.
